Terms & Conditions

Account Security & Login Rules

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including usernames, passwords, authentication codes, and other access information. Account sharing, credential lending, or allowing unauthorized individuals to access an account is strictly prohibited. Users must take reasonable measures to protect their login information and promptly notify the company of any suspected unauthorized access, security breach, or account compromise. The company reserves the right to implement multi-factor authentication, identity verification procedures, and additional security measures as necessary. Users remain responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts, whether authorized or unauthorized, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exam & Voucher Policies

Examination vouchers are subject to specific eligibility requirements, validity periods, expiration dates, and usage limitations established by the company or the applicable certification provider. Users are responsible for reviewing voucher terms prior to purchase or redemption. Expired vouchers may not be extended, replaced, refunded, or transferred unless expressly permitted. Examination scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, retake eligibility, refund requests, and no-show policies are governed by applicable examination rules. Any misuse of vouchers, fraudulent activity, policy violations, or examination misconduct may result in voucher cancellation, examination invalidation, account suspension, or additional corrective actions deemed appropriate by the company.

Detailed Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in activities that compromise the security, integrity, functionality, or lawful operation of the platform. Prohibited activities include hacking, reverse engineering, data scraping, automated extraction of content, unauthorized access attempts, credential harvesting, malware distribution, system interference, denial-of-service attacks, circumvention of security controls, and unauthorized sharing of examination materials. Users may not exploit vulnerabilities, access restricted resources, or use automated tools to manipulate platform functionality. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, content, examinations, or user data may result in immediate suspension, termination, legal action, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Service Availability Disclaimer

The company strives to provide reliable access to its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Services may occasionally be affected by scheduled maintenance, software updates, infrastructure upgrades, technical malfunctions, server failures, internet disruptions, security incidents, or circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control. Temporary service interruptions may impact examination scheduling, account access, content availability, or other platform functions. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice when necessary. Users acknowledge that occasional downtime is an inherent aspect of online services and accept such risks as part of platform usage.

Termination Rights

The company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, or permanently terminate user accounts and access to services when violations of applicable policies, agreements, legal requirements, or security standards are identified. Termination may occur for fraudulent conduct, examination misconduct, abusive behavior, unauthorized access attempts, payment disputes, intellectual property violations, or other activities deemed harmful to the platform or its users. The company may take immediate action without prior notice when necessary to protect its systems, users, or business interests. Upon termination, access to accounts, services, certifications, examination records, or digital resources may be revoked without liability to the company.

User-Generated Content & Feedback

Users may voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, suggestions, comments, recommendations, feedback, or other content through the platform. By submitting such content, users grant the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and incorporate the content for business, marketing, operational, or service improvement purposes. Users represent that submitted content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The company reserves the right to edit, remove, reject, or moderate user-generated content at its sole discretion. Users remain responsible for the content they submit.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of services, examinations, vouchers, certifications, or related agreements, users agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations with the company. If informal resolution efforts fail, disputes may be submitted to mediation, arbitration, or other alternative dispute resolution procedures as required by applicable agreements. Arbitration proceedings, where applicable, shall be conducted in accordance with established arbitration rules and procedures. Users waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings to the extent permitted by law. The company reserves the right to seek judicial remedies where arbitration is not applicable or legally required.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction designated by the company. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from the use of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the designated jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law. Users agree to submit to the authority of such courts for the resolution of disputes not subject to arbitration. The choice of governing law shall apply regardless of conflict-of-law principles or the user’s geographic location.

Electronic Communication Consent

By creating an account, purchasing services, scheduling examinations, or otherwise interacting with the platform, users consent to receive electronic communications from the company. Such communications may include policy updates, service announcements, examination confirmations, payment receipts, security notifications, legal disclosures, and other important information. Electronic communications may be delivered through email, account dashboards, mobile notifications, or other approved channels. Users acknowledge that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be provided in writing. Maintaining accurate contact information remains the responsibility of the user.

Minor Users Policy

Individuals under the age of eighteen (18), or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, may only access and use services with appropriate parental or legal guardian consent where required by applicable law. Parents or guardians who authorize access on behalf of minors assume responsibility for monitoring use of the services and ensuring compliance with applicable policies. The company reserves the right to request age verification, parental authorization, or supporting documentation where necessary. Accounts created in violation of age requirements may be suspended or terminated without notice. Certain services, examinations, or certifications may be subject to additional age-based eligibility restrictions.

Severability & Entire Agreement Clauses

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court, arbitrator, or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any unenforceable provision shall be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties. These Terms and Conditions, together with any incorporated policies, agreements, and related documents, constitute the complete and entire agreement between the user and the company regarding the use of services and supersede all prior understandings, communications, or representations relating to the same matter.

Copyright Infringement Process

The company respects intellectual property rights and maintains procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims. Rights holders who believe their copyrighted content has been used, reproduced, distributed, or displayed without authorization may submit a formal infringement notice containing sufficient information to identify the protected work and the allegedly infringing material. Upon receipt of a valid complaint, the company may investigate the matter, remove or restrict access to disputed content, and take additional action as appropriate. Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may have their accounts suspended or terminated. False or misleading infringement claims may also result in legal consequences.

Detailed Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of services, examinations, certifications, vouchers, content, or platform functionality. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and whether the company was advised of the possibility of such damages. The company’s aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law. Certain jurisdictions may not permit limitations on liability, in which case applicable legal exceptions shall apply.

Subscription & Recurring Payment Terms

Users purchasing subscription-based services authorize the company to charge applicable fees according to the selected billing cycle. Subscription plans may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available for authorized charges. The company reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or billing structures with reasonable notice where required. Failure to process payments may result in suspension or cancellation of subscription benefits. Refund eligibility, cancellation procedures, and billing policies shall be governed by the applicable subscription terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Third-Party Platform Terms

Certain services may rely upon third-party providers, including payment processors, examination delivery vendors, remote proctoring services, learning management systems, communication platforms, analytics providers, and other integrated technologies. Use of such services may be subject to additional third-party terms, conditions, and privacy policies. The company does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, functionality, or practices of third-party platforms. Users acknowledge that interactions with third-party services occur at their own risk and agree to comply with any applicable third-party requirements. The company shall not be liable for issues arising solely from third-party systems or services.
