12. Rescheduling Policy

Candidates who need to change their scheduled examination appointment may submit a rescheduling request no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled exam date and time. Requests received within the 48-hour window immediately preceding the examination will not be eligible for rescheduling and may be automatically declined.

It is the candidate’s responsibility to carefully review their examination schedule and ensure that any necessary changes are requested within the permitted timeframe. Failure to submit a rescheduling request before the applicable deadline may result in the loss of the scheduled examination appointment.

Please note that examination fees, vouchers, and registration charges may be subject to the policies of the respective certification provider. Candidates who fail to attend a scheduled examination, miss their appointment, or attempt to reschedule within the restricted period may forfeit all associated fees and may be required to purchase a new examination voucher or registration to book another exam.

Rescheduling availability is subject to testing center capacity, certification provider requirements, and appointment availability at the time of the request. Additional restrictions, administrative fees, or provider-specific conditions may apply depending on the certification program.

By scheduling an examination, candidates acknowledge and agree to comply with all rescheduling requirements, deadlines, and policies established by the applicable certification body and examination delivery provider.
